When outsourcing the venue finding, you can concentrate on the event programme, transportation and other activities around your event. Do you think this is too expensive? We don’t think so!

We offer you assistance in finding the most suitable conference hotel in the best destination so that you can concentrate on planning all other things around this event. Just tell us your requirements and we will present you some available options with quotes very soon.

From our long experience in venue finding we know exactly what is important. We know the price structure in most destinations and therefore can recommend you suitable hotels in different destinations.

Costs

Our service is free of charge for you, as we receive compensations from the conference hotels after your event has finished.

Contract

In case you decide to book one of the proposals, the contract will be concluded between you and the hotel.

We will always be at your service until the beginning of the event and also after your event. Please contact us any time should there be any problems with the hotel.

After the event

Please tell us the experiences you and the participants made during your stay at the hotel. We would be happy to work with you again on your next event!

Do we only do the venue finding?

We are not a full-service agency which is usually paid per hour or at a certain percentage when arranging their client's events. 

However, during the past years, we have built a wide network of specialists in providing transfers, offering team activities, arranging excursions or just knowing the best restaurants in town. 

We think that you will always need local experts for the perfect surrounding programme of an event – you can never feel the vibe of a destination if you do not live there! This is why we partner with many event specialists around the globe to be able to arrange a tailor-made event for you.
